Heather Espeland

I am currently available for supplementary lessons in any discipline of skating (with regular coach's approval). I have been coaching for Mosinee since 2015.

I have been skating since 1995, and have been professionally coaching since 2008. Off the ice,  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a Reading Specialist license through Viterbo University, and I have been teaching since 2013.  I am currently a Fourth Grade Teacher in the D.C Everest School District.

My personal skating credentials include: Senior Moves, Intermediate Freestyle, Gold Dance, and Preliminary Figures.

In addition with my skater's achievements, I can coach through Senior Moves, Novice Freestyle, Gold Dances, Juvenile Pairs, Senior Solo Free Dance, and Preliminary Figures.

My skaters' achievements include Senior Moves, Gold Dance, Juvenile Freestyle, Juvenile Pairs, and Senior Solo Free Dance.  Furthermore, my skaters have placed at numerous competitions, and one of my skaters came in third in the Midwest Region for the 2013 National Solo Dance Series.  She competed at Nationals in Colorado Springs in September of 2013.

I was the Head Coach for Tomahawk Figure Skating Club from 2008-2010, and the Head Coach of Merrill Ice Reflections  from 2011-2014 before I moved to Weston, and coached for Timberline FSC. I now exclusively coach for the Mosinee Silverblades.

My rate is $28 per hour, or $7/15 min.  My availability is Sunday nights and Wednesday mornings.
